1How will i receive my product delivery and how fast can i expect it?
All orders of digital items (plugins, soundpacks etc) are delivered to the email you provided during checkout. In most cases the links and license codes if applicable are made available directly on the page after payment. This all happens instantly.
2I received my digital download item, it is a .zip file. What do I do with this?
.zip files are used to distribute files across the internet. It compresses and stores them in order to distributed. All you need to do is extract the .zip via right clicking and extracting in your OS browser or use a program like 7zip. If you need further assistance feel free to fill out a support ticket.
3What do I do once I have extracted the .zip file of my digital item?
If this is a plugin or expansion products you would then navigate to within the extracted folder and run the installer of your system PC or MAC. For PC run the exe file in the folder. For MAC run the pkg installer. If this was a soundpack or song or album item simply play and use the files within.
4I have extracted and installed my plugin but now it is asking for a serial for activation upon launch, where is it?
All audio plugin products require a serial number to be functional. This was sent to you instantly after purchase to the email address you provided during checkout. Simply copy and paste this serial into the serial field and click the submit button and enjoy. If you require further assistance feel free to submit a support ticket.
5I need help with something else, how do i go about getting support for my purchase?
